Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of therapy that restores physical balance to the body while promoting a deep state of relaxation and a general state of well being. It is delivered to a fully clothed recipient on a cushioned floor mat. Combining gentle yoga stretches with therapeutic touch techniques, the practitioner massages and stretches the muscles and connective tissue of the entire body creating healthy space between vertebrae and joints. By the end of the session you will feel supple, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Thai Massage is especially beneficial to athletes, as it specifically targets the legs and lower back as an integral part of the treatment. Thai massage is delivered with compassion and kindness always placing the welfare of the client first.

Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long and can be completed at your workplace, your home, or any of the locations we practice from.
What to Expect
Please wear loose comfortable (yoga) clothing that will permit free movement. The session will start with a brief check in so you can make me aware of your current physical condition. Based on this, I will customize your massage so that you receive attention where you need it the most. It is a good idea not to eat up to an hour before the massage and to block off at least two hours so you have time for the 90 minute massage and a few minutes afterwards to enjoy the effects.
