Join us on the 23rd and 24th of January at our newly renovated studio for a weekend open house. Sample free yoga or pilates classes, book a private session with one of our instructors, or attend a specialty workshop each day.

This class that will allow you to Joexperience all the benefits that yoga has to offer. Perfect for anyone trying yoga for the very first time, or an experienced practitioner looking to reconnect to the basics.

10:30 AM – Free Pilates for Back Care with Roz

Very often back pain results from strength imbalances in the muscles supporting the spine. One of the major benefits of Pilates is to support a strong and healthy back. If you are experiencing back issues this may be the class for you. Reserve A Space Now
 

11:45 AM to 12:30 PM – Private Sessions

11:45 AM PM – Let’s Meet Your Chakras Workshop with Kim Bosch

There are 7 major Chakras (energy centers) through our body. Each one holds a meaning and an energy flow. If there is a block or imbalance happening, this can cause emotional or physical illness in our body. In this 1 hour workshop you will be introduced to your 7 Chakras and experience a guided meditation that will activate and open each of them. You will also receive a unique group energy healing that will actively heal and balance all of your 7 Chakras, leaving you feeling relaxed with an overall sense of balance and well-being.

One on One Pilates Reformer Sessions

The execution of movement on the reformer is very detailed and encourages clients to build body awareness and to balance chronically weak and imbalanced muscles, making them equally strong and making movement more efficient.
