Move through sequences with attention to alignment at a slower pace, with lots of modifications.   Guided meditation practice during class will help you to feel calm and focussed.

Yoga is not about touching your toes or turning into a pretzel. It’s about showing up, being mindful of your body and its abilities, and honouring that throughout class.
