Yoga for Mindfulness with Leslie

This class will promote mindfulness with a slower pace which will  allow a students to become familiar with their bodies, breath, and minds in a moving meditation.

Note that slowing down does not decrease the intensity of the class- on the contrary, by holding the postures a little longer, you will gain muscle strength, stability and increase mental and physical resiliency.

This class is suitable for all levels – it will give more experienced yogis time to explore each pose, and will go at a slow enough pace so that those newer to yoga can learn without feeling rushed.

Registrations are being accepted for our 4 week yoga sessions.   Limit 6 people per class.
