This workshop will include a tour of local wild plant medicines and wild edibles along with some tips and techniques for bringing these plants into a personal wellness regime.
It will also include a “make and take” project where we will preserve a
blend of common local wild foods & herbs to take home for personal use.
Tamara Segal is a Registered Herbalist and wild foods enthusiast based in Prince Edward County ON. She runs an herbal clinic at her farm, and also sees clients at By the Moon clinic in Belleville. Tamara leads plant
identification walks, teaches classes at her farm, at herbal schools and
conferences, and at other locations around the Quinte area. She also
