Mindfulness for Resiliency Workshop

Saturday, November 28 from 1:30 – 3:00 PM

Learn mindfulness techniques to help navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease. This workshop is designed for people who want to empower themselves with simple and effective tools for mindfulness and self-regulation, drawn from the wisdom of yoga.

No previous yoga experience necessary.

All participants will be given a take home package detailing the mindfulness practices used in the workshop.

Space is limited to 6 participants in order to allow for social distancing. Please preregister by sending us a message.

This workshop will be taught by Leslie Abram, the owner of Get Yoga. Leslie has found yoga and mindfulness to be a huge help in managing stress and anxiety, and is passionate about sharing the wisdom of yoga with others.
