All Levels – Low Intensity
Gentle Hatha is appropriate for those who have restricted mobility or simply enjoy a relaxing class that focusses on improving flexibility through stretching and gentle movement. Transitions from seated to standing are limited and liberal use is made of props and modifications to ensure that students can enjoy a comfortable and safe yoga session. Poses tend to be held longer, permitting a deeper stretch and providing an opportunity for a very mindful practice. A 20 minute optional Guided Meditation will take place the latter part of this class.
