Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:
What do I need to bring to class?
-You should wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch and move in. You may also wish to bring a water bottle. Mats and props are provided, but some people like bringing their own mats.
How do I pay?
-A preregistered 4 week session is $60.00 Please pay by etransfer to email@example.com
Do I need to preregister for class?
-Yes. We are limiting class size to 6 people to allow for social distancing and are not allowing drop ins at this time. If you would like to register for one of the sessions listed please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the studio hours?
-The studio is open 10 minutes before and after each scheduled class.
What kind of class should I choose?
-People often like to try a variety of types of classes and instructors to find a type of yoga that resonates best with them. We offer everything from very gentle Restorative Yoga to vigorous Hatha and Vinyasa Flow classes. For a full list of classes and descriptions visit our Classes Page . I have never taken yoga before. Am I flexible enough?
-Not to worry! In yoga we start from where we are and work within our own personal boundaries.
What is a typical yoga class like?
-Our yoga classes begin with a few minutes of centering in, where we breathe, relax, and leave the day up until now behind us. Next we will begin to slowly warm up the body with some gentle movement. The middle of the class will take you through a sequence of movements, stretches, and poses. Each class ends with a savasana, or final relaxation.
Where are you located?
-45 Front Street, Trenton, Ontario. The studio is on the third floor, above The Grind coffee shop. Our entrance is on Front Street next to The Grind’s front door. There is a large municipal parking lot next to the building.
