Grow your Practice with Leslie

Who is this for? Yoga students who have tried a few classes,  who want to dive deeper into the practice of yoga. Classes will include:
  • finding pose alignment that works with your body
  • fostering physical and mental strength
  • stress reduction for the body and the mind
  • cultivating focus and concentration
  • keys to balance and flexibility
  • breathing and breath patterns, and the effects of the breath on our mind and body
  • personal observances that help us navigate the world with more ease
Registrations are being accepted for our 4 week yoga sessions.   Limit 6 people per class. Preregister by emailing or call 613-475-3462 for a spot.
