Lower back pain is one of the most prevalent injuries in our North American society. In this workshop we will explore how yoga can help with caring for the health of your body; specifically your spine. Delving into the practice of gentle forward folds, back bends and heart openers as well as poses and exercises for strengthening the deep stabilizer muscles of the back and core.
