Yoga offered in a style that is safe and supportive for those who may be living with the effects of trauma, anxiety, or depression. Focussed on internal experience rather than external appearance, this class will empower participants to accept, tolerate, and manage physical and emotional sensation through the practice of mindful breathing and gentle movement. We will learn how to practice yoga in a way that leads us to become grounded and centred in the present moment and to experience the peace, contentment, and joy that living in the now can bring.
