Unwind after your week with this all-levels Hatha Practice. We will begin with some relaxation and breathing, then warm up, and move into a flowing practice exploring strength, balance, and stretching, and finally a well-deserved savasana.
Slow Flow includes more time to explore poses during the central section of the class.
Options and variations of poses will be offered for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Explore different themes each Friday as we move out of the work week and into the weekend.
