Session Based Yoga at Get Yoga

We are so excited to be able to offer session based yoga at Get Yoga, based on the needs and interests you have been telling us about in class and on our student survey.

Session based yoga will be a 4 week series of classes on a particular topic, designed to grow your knowledge and experience in an area of interest.   The advantage of session based yoga is that the same group of people can work progressively through a topic and build on the weeks before.

Please note that preregistration is required.

Here’s how sessions will work:

– preregistration is required
– register in advance with instructor, and pre-pay using email transfer, (or cash or cheque if you are studio beforehand.)
– 4 weeks for $44.00
– no refunds for missed classes
– flex passes/unlimited monthly passes cannot be used for sessions
– minimum 6 students to run session.
