Psychology Today reports that an estimated 80 to 90 percent of visits to the doctor are stress-related but less that 3% of doctors talk to their patients about how to reduce stress. If we do not take steps to address stress it can build to the point where it becomes overwhelming.

The good news is that the practice of mindfulness can relieve stress so it does not become unmanageable. By taking a few minutes a day to practice these simple mindfulness exercises we can find significant relief from the stress we face.

During this 90 minute workshop, you will learn and practice mindful movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation exercises that can bring a new level of peace and calm to your life.
