In this meditation workshop we will discuss how meditation has changed since ancient yogis practiced, learn proper posture techniques and share tips on how to start your own daily practice. Workshop will include a 5 min breath awareness meditation and a 20 min guided meditation.
Please bring a journal, water and dress in comfortable clothing.
Use your Get Yoga pass for this workshop, or $20 for non pass holders.
