Join me for a four week session where we will learn what it means to be mindful, some simple relaxation and meditation techniques, and how we can incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives.
More and more we see mindfulness and meditation being offered as a remedy to the stressful lives we lead and as a way to find lasting happiness. But what does it actually mean to be mindful? What is the best way to meditate? How do I know if I am doing it correctly?
These are questions that naturally arise as we begin to practice the path to peace and contentment. In the beginning, the answers may be elusive and our attempts to find peace of mind may be frustrated, but with a little bit of support and guidance we can all learn to meditate and we can all learn to be more mindful in our day to day lives.
