Journaling for Productivity and Creativity


Feeling overwhelmed – especially at this time of year? Looking for ways to gain control of your time? Join fellow Yoga and Pilates student Susan Jaehn-Kreibaum for a hands-on Productivity Journaling Workshop.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how the simple practice of daily journaling can ground you and help you overcome the overwhelm.
Fearful of the blank page? Susan will discuss and demonstrate two specific journaling approaches, and you will have time to let the ink flow in your own way.

Ideas and inspiration can come at any time; write it down and you never have to worry about forgetting what it was. Decisions become easier and less stressful if you have a safe place in which to sort through the issue. Make that safe place your journal.
