Flow with Joanne


Enjoy a combination of strengthening, stretching, movement, and relaxation in this all levels Hatha Yoga class.   Cues and options will be used to enable students to practice yoga at a degree of intensity they choose. It is suitable for beginners, or those looking to deepen their practice.
