What’s Freedom Yoga?
Roll out your mat, get centred, listen to music, listen to your body, and move how you want to move. It’s doing all your favourite yoga poses in one class. Freedom Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness. It’s a moving, breathing meditation.
Freedom Yoga is a by donation community class.
Proceeds from each Freedom Yoga class will go to a local charity. This month’s class is for Three Oaks Women’s shelter. We plan on having these classes on a regular basis, and can’t wait to enjoy everybody’s energy in the studio as we practice together.
