Join Britt for some yang and yin, where we will being by building heat during modified but strong Ashtanga sequence, and finish with a cooling, relaxing and softening Restorative practice. Be prepared to get sweaty, challenge yourself, and most of all, have fun!
We will run it from 1-3pm (1 hour and 15 min of flow and 45 min restorative)
