The pelvic floor is one the most amazing and versatile structures in the human body and one of the most under appreciated.

The pelvic floor muscles have five primary functions: movement of the pelvis, trunk and legs, continence of the bowel and bladder, sexual function, supporting our organs (bowel, bladder, and uterus in women) and circulation to and from the legs to trunk.

 

Come to this educational seminar and learn about your pelvic floor including some practical tips, incorporating yoga to help you keep your pelvic floor health.
